GES इंडिया इंक के प्रमुख श्रीकांत उर्स ने Gold Silver News से खास बातचीत में बताया कि यह आयोजन देश के सिल्वर उद्योग के लिए एक नए युग की शुरुआत करेगा।

श्रीकांत उर्स ने बताया, “2022 में पर्पल के मालिक नितेश भाई ने एक छोटा सा आइडिया दिया था। हमने नहीं सोचा था कि यह इतना बड़ा रूप ले लेगा। आज हम कह सकते हैं कि हमने अभी तक केवल 25 से 30 प्रतिशत बाजार को ही कवर किया है। शेष 70 से 75 प्रतिशत अब भी बाकी है।”

उनका कहना है कि अब तक चांदी को हमेशा सेकेंड लाइन ट्रीटमेंट मिलता रहा – चाहे वह एग्जिबिशन हो या रिटेल आउटलेट्स में डिस्प्ले का स्पेस। लेकिन सिल्वर शो ने यह सोच बदल दी है। “अब हर कोई जान चुका है कि चांदी में कितनी वैरायटी और इनोवेशन संभव हैं,” उन्होंने कहा।

“एक नॉस्टैल्जिया बन रहा है सिल्वर को लेकर। पूरा इंडस्ट्री इस शो को लेकर उत्साहित है। मेरा मानना है कि आने वाले 15 साल सिर्फ चांदी के होंगे, जिस तरह इसका बाजार बढ़ रहा है और इनोवेशन आ रहा है, कोई भी धातु इसे टच नहीं कर पाएगी,” उन्होंने कहा।

कीमतों के बारे में पूछे जाने पर उन्होंने कहा, “मैं एक्सपर्ट नहीं हूं, लेकिन इतना कह सकता हूं कि आज 1 किलो गोल्ड ₹1 करोड़ का है, जबकि चांदी ₹1 लाख प्रति किलो है। यानी मोटे तौर पर चांदी अभी भी गोल्ड के मुकाबले 1% पर है। ऐसे में चांदी एक बहुत सस्ती और इन्वेस्टेबल मेटल है।”
