Gold and silver markets ended the week on a strong note, with both international and domestic prices showing a clear improvement in technical momentum. COMEX and MCX Gold posted gains of more than 5%, while Silver also extended its recovery for the third consecutive week. Enrich Money sees the broader trend as bullish, although overbought RSI readings suggest the possibility of near-term consolidation. JM Financial also maintains a positive outlook, particularly on buying opportunities during corrective dips. Meanwhile, the US Dollar Index weakened below key support, while USD/INR retained a positive bias, keeping currency movements an important factor for domestic precious metals prices.

Enrich Money Gold Silver Outlook

According to Enrich Money, Financial Services (SEBI RA No: INH000001196)

COMEX Gold: COMEX Gold closed the week sharply higher at 4,680.6 dollars per ounce, gaining 5.48% and decisively breaking out of its multi-month trading range. The metal also moved above its 20-week EMA, confirming strong buying momentum. However, the daily RSI at 73.83 has entered overbought territory, suggesting that some near-term consolidation cannot be ruled out.

On the upside, immediate resistance is placed at 4,700–4,730 dollars, followed by 4,800–4,840 dollars. On the downside, immediate support is at 4,570–4,600 dollars, followed by 4,470–4,500 dollars. A sustained break below 4,600 dollars could weaken the breakout structure. Overall, the broader trend remains bullish as long as the 4,570–4,600 dollar support zone holds.

MCX Gold: MCX Gold ended the week at 1,62,438 rupees per 10 grams, rising 5.13% and extending gains for the third consecutive week. The weekly RSI stands at 65.03, while the daily RSI at 76.10 indicates an overbought market. Therefore, traders should remain cautious about chasing prices after the sharp rally.

On the upside, immediate resistance is placed at 1,62,500–1,63,000 rupees. A sustained close above 1,63,000 rupees could open the way toward 1,65,000 rupees. On the downside, immediate support is at 1,58,500–1,59,000 rupees, followed by 1,55,500–1,56,000 rupees. A break below 1,58,500 rupees could trigger a deeper correction. The overall trend remains firmly bullish.

COMEX Silver: COMEX Silver closed the week at 69.530 dollars per ounce, gaining 6.79% and extending its recovery for a third consecutive week. The metal also reached a fresh multi-month high. The weekly RSI has improved to 52.75, while the daily RSI at 67.43 indicates strong short-term bullish momentum.

Immediate resistance is placed at 70.500–71.200 dollars, followed by 73.000–73.700 dollars. A sustained breakout above 73.700 dollars could create room for further gains. On the downside, immediate support is at 67.000–67.500 dollars, followed by 65.000–65.500 dollars. A break below 67.000 dollars could weaken the current uptrend. Overall, the structure remains bullish, with dips toward 67.000–67.500 dollars likely to attract buying interest.

MCX Silver: MCX Silver finished the week at 2,46,597 rupees per kilogram, gaining 4.52% and moving back above its 20-week EMA after several weeks of consolidation. The weekly RSI has improved to 54.65, while the daily RSI at 65.36 reflects strengthening short-term momentum.

On the upside, immediate resistance is placed at 2,50,000–2,52,000 rupees, followed by 2,60,000–2,62,000 rupees. A sustained close above 2,52,000 rupees could open the path toward higher levels. On the downside, immediate support is at 2,40,000–2,42,000 rupees, followed by 2,30,000–2,32,000 rupees. A break below 2,40,000 rupees could weaken the recovery. Overall, the technical bias has turned bullish following the breakout from the recent consolidation range.

USD/INR: USD/INR extended its gains during the week and settled near 95.68, after recovering from a low of 95.40. The pair continues to trade above its major EMAs, although resistance remains close to the long-term trendline.

Immediate resistance is placed at 95.75–95.80, followed by 95.90–96.00. A sustained move above 96 could strengthen dollar momentum and increase pressure on the rupee. On the downside, immediate support is at 95.60–95.50, while stronger support is near 95.40. The overall bias remains cautiously positive, supported by dollar demand, geopolitical uncertainty and elevated energy prices.

JM Financial Gold Silver Outlook

Gold: According to JM Financial (SEBI RA No: INH000001196), gold futures continued their positive momentum, with buying emerging on corrective dips. Prices also broke out of a triangle pattern and ended the week with gains of more than 5%. The 14-week RSI remains above 50 and its moving average, while the MACD is above the mid-zero line, supporting the positive technical structure.

On the downside, support is placed at 1,57,000–1,53,000 rupees, while resistance stands at 1,62,700 rupees. A sustained move above 1,62,700 rupees could extend the rally toward 1,69,500–1,75,000 rupees. The broader technical outlook remains positive.

Silver: Silver futures maintained their upward momentum, with buying support emerging during corrective dips. The metal gained around 4.3% during the week and closed higher for the third consecutive week. The 14-week RSI is near 50 but remains above its moving average, while the MACD continues to show signs of improvement.

JM Financial maintains a positive/buy view on silver, particularly on dips. Immediate support is placed at 2,35,000–2,27,000 rupees. As long as this support zone holds, silver could maintain its positive bias and move toward 2,54,000–2,80,000 rupees and higher.

US Dollar Index: The US Dollar Index broke down from a two-week consolidation range, slipping below the key 99.20 support level and closing the week around 0.8% lower. The technical setup suggests that the index could remain under selling pressure.

On the downside, support levels are placed at 97.50 and 95.30. On the upside, immediate resistance is seen at 99.61–100. A sustained recovery above resistance would be required to improve the dollar’s technical outlook.

USD/INR: USD/INR spot rates remained firm for most of the week but largely moved within a range before ending higher. JM Financial expects the overall momentum to remain positive.

Immediate support is placed at 94.80–94.15, while resistance is seen at 96.70–97.00. A sustained move above the resistance zone could strengthen the bullish momentum in USD/INR, while a break below support could weaken the current positive structure.

FAQs

1. What is the gold outlook according to Enrich Money?
Enrich Money maintains a bullish outlook for gold as both COMEX and MCX prices have broken above important technical levels. However, overbought RSI readings suggest traders should remain cautious about chasing the rally and watch key support zones during any corrective move.

2. What are the key resistance levels for COMEX Gold?
COMEX Gold has immediate resistance at 4,700–4,730 dollars per ounce, followed by 4,800–4,840 dollars. A sustained breakout above these levels could strengthen the upward momentum. On the downside, 4,570–4,600 dollars remains an important support zone.

3. What is JM Financial’s view on silver?
JM Financial maintains a positive or buy view on silver, particularly on corrective dips. The brokerage expects the positive bias to remain intact as long as the 2,35,000–2,27,000 rupees support zone holds, with potential upside toward 2,54,000–2,80,000 rupees and higher.

4. What are the important support levels for MCX Gold?
MCX Gold has immediate support at 1,58,500–1,59,000 rupees per 10 grams, followed by 1,55,500–1,56,000 rupees. A break below the first support zone could increase the risk of a deeper correction, despite the broader bullish technical structure.

5. How could the US Dollar affect gold and silver prices?
Currency movements remain an important factor for precious metals. The US Dollar Index weakened below the 99.20 support level, while USD/INR retained a positive bias. Changes in the dollar can influence international gold and silver prices, while movements in USD/INR can affect precious-metal prices in the Indian market.

Gold Silver Weekly Forecast: Gold and silver prices are expected to remain highly volatile in the coming sessions as investors assess key U.S. economic data, Federal Reserve policy expectations, geopolitical developments and the outlook for global interest rates. Enrich Money and SMC Global believe that precious metals are trading near crucial support and resistance levels, making upcoming inflation data, employment indicators and central bank commentary critical for determining the next price direction. Here’s what both brokerages expect for COMEX and MCX gold and silver in the near term.

Check the latest rates for gold and silver—including MCX, international market, and bullion prices, as well as rates in your city—on our new website: https://goldpricetodaynews.com/

Enrich Money Gold Silver Outlook

COMEX Gold: COMEX Gold continues to trade with a weak undertone after failing to sustain above key resistance levels, although prices are still holding above the important 4,000–3,950 dollar support zone. The overall technical structure remains under pressure, with buyers requiring a decisive breakout to regain momentum.

On the upside, immediate resistance is placed in the 4,200–4,230 dollar region, followed by the stronger 4,350–4,400 dollar zone. A sustained move above these levels could improve recovery momentum and strengthen the near-term outlook. On the downside, the 4,000–3,950 dollar region remains the major support area. A break below this zone could trigger fresh selling pressure toward 3,820–3,760 dollar. Overall, the broader outlook remains mildly negative until prices reclaim key resistance levels.

COMEX Silver: COMEX Silver continues to trade with a weak bias after failing to sustain above important resistance levels. Although prices are attempting to stabilize, the broader technical structure remains under pressure and requires confirmation before a stronger recovery can develop.

On the upside, immediate resistance is placed at 62.50–63.00 dollar, followed by the 64.00 dollar level. A sustained breakout above 64.00 dollar could strengthen buying momentum and open the way toward 66.00–66.50 dollar. On the downside, the 59.00–58.50 dollar region remains immediate support, while a break below this zone could extend losses toward 57.00–56.50 dollar. Overall, the broader trend remains cautiously negative until prices decisively move above resistance.

MCX Gold: MCX Gold continues to trade with a negative bias after failing to sustain above higher levels, reflecting continued selling pressure despite occasional short-covering rallies.

On the upside, immediate resistance is placed in the 1,45,000–1,45,500 rupees region. A sustained move above 1,46,600 rupees could improve momentum and extend the recovery toward 1,48,000 rupees. On the downside, the 1,43,000–1,42,500 rupees region remains immediate support, followed by the stronger support zone at 1,41,000–1,40,000 rupees. Overall, the broader outlook remains negative, with a decisive breakout above resistance required to improve the near-term trend.

MCX Silver: MCX Silver continues to trade with a weak bias after witnessing a sharp correction from the 2,37,000–2,38,000 rupees resistance zone. The market remains under pressure, although support levels are still holding.

On the upside, immediate resistance is placed at 2,26,000–2,27,000 rupees. A sustained move above 2,30,000–2,31,000 rupees could strengthen recovery momentum and extend gains toward 2,34,000–2,35,000 rupees, followed by 2,37,000–2,38,000 rupees. On the downside, the 2,21,000–2,20,000 rupees region remains immediate support. A break below this zone could extend weakness toward 2,15,000–2,14,000 rupees. Overall, the broader trend remains negative, with a decisive breakout above key resistance levels required to signal a stronger recovery.

SMC Global Gold Silver Outlook

Gold: According to SMC Global, COMEX Gold is consolidating above the important 4,050–4,080 dollar support zone after recent volatility, indicating that buyers are attempting to defend lower levels. Resistance is placed at 4,275 dollar and 4,380 dollar, while a sustained breakout above 4,475 dollar could revive the broader bullish trend. On the downside, a break below 4,050 dollar may trigger a correction toward the 4,000 dollar level.

On the domestic front, MCX Gold is expected to trade within the 1,44,000–1,46,000 rupees range. A sustained breakout above 1,46,000 rupees could extend gains toward 1,47,500–1,48,500 rupees, while a break below 1,44,000 rupees may drag prices toward 1,43,000 rupees. Investors are expected to closely monitor U.S. inflation data, Federal Reserve commentary and global macroeconomic developments for further direction.

Silver: According to SMC Global, COMEX Silver has immediate support in the 59–60 dollar region, followed by stronger support near 55 dollar. Resistance is placed at 64.60 dollar, followed by 67.75 dollar and 72.10 dollar. A sustained move above these resistance levels could strengthen bullish momentum.

On the domestic front, MCX Silver is expected to trade within the 2,23,000–2,30,000 rupees range. A breakout above 2,30,000 rupees could extend the recovery toward 2,35,000–2,38,000 rupees, while a break below 2,23,000 rupees may expose prices toward the 2,20,000 rupees level. Market participants are likely to remain focused on global economic data, Federal Reserve guidance, geopolitical developments and overall investor sentiment for the next directional move.

Gold Silver Weekly Forecast: Precious metals are entering the new trading week with a cautious outlook as both gold and silver remain under corrective pressure despite witnessing selective buying from lower levels. Analysts believe the broader trend is still weak, with prices needing to break above key resistance levels before a sustained recovery can be confirmed. Investors will closely track technical price levels, U.S. economic data, Federal Reserve policy signals and currency market movements, as these factors are expected to play a crucial role in determining the near-term direction of gold, silver and the Indian rupee.

Check the latest rates for gold and silver—including MCX, international market, and bullion prices, as well as rates in your city—on our new website: https://goldpricetodaynews.com/

Enrich Money Gold Silver Outlook

COMEX Gold: COMEX Gold continues to trade with a corrective bias with prices currently hovering above 4,000 dollar support area. Although a modest rebound has emerged from recent lows, the broader trend remains weak and requires confirmation before a meaningful recovery can unfold. Immediate resistance is placed at 4,200-4,240 dollar, followed by 4,360-4,400 dollar. A sustained move above these resistance levels could improve sentiment and support further recovery. On the downside, 4,000 dollar remains the immediate support, while a break below this level could extend the corrective decline toward 3,930-3,900 dollar and further 3,800 dollar. The broader trend remains corrective, with sentiment likely to improve only after prices reclaim key resistance levels.

COMEX Silver: COMEX Silver remains under sustained selling pressure currently trading near 59 dollar. Although prices have witnessed a mild rebound from recent lows, the broader technical structure continues to reflect a bearish undertone. Immediate resistance is placed at 62-63 dollar, followed by 66-67 dollar. A sustained move above these resistance levels could support a stronger recovery in prices. On the downside, a break below 56 dollar level could accelerate the corrective decline toward 54-53 dollar, with stronger support placed at 51-50 dollar. The broader trend remains weak, with a sustained move above key resistance levels required to improve the near-term outlook.

MCX Gold: MCX Gold remains under corrective pressure and is currently trading near Rs 1,44,000. Recent price action indicates selective buying interest emerging from lower levels; however, the broader technical structure continues to reflect a cautious-to-weak undertone. Immediate resistance is placed at Rs 1,46,000-Rs 1,47,000, followed by Rs 1,49,000- Rs 1,50,000. A sustained move above these resistance levels could improve momentum and support a recovery. On the downside, Rs 1,40,000-Rs 1,39,000 remains the immediate support, while a break below this level could extend the decline toward Rs 1,37,000, with stronger support placed at Rs 1,35,000-Rs 1,34,000. The broader trend remains corrective, with recovery prospects dependent on a decisive breakout above key resistance levels.

MCX Silver: MCX Silver remains under sustained corrective pressure after breaking below the key Rs 2,30,000 mark and is currently trading near Rs 2,21,000. Although prices have witnessed a modest rebound from Rs 2,10,000, the broader technical structure continues to reflect a bearish undertone. Immediate resistance is placed at Rs 2,30,000-Rs 2,32,000, followed by Rs 2,38,000-Rs 2,40,000. A sustained move above these resistance levels could improve momentum and support a recovery. On the downside, a break below Rs 2,10,000 level could extend the decline toward Rs 2,00,000-Rs 1,98,000 and further toward Rs 1,92,000-Rs 1,90,000. The broader trend remains weak, with a sustained move above key resistance levels required to improve the near-term outlook.

USD/INR: The Indian rupee witnessed a volatile week, trading within a broad Rs 94.20-Rs 94.90 range before closing near Rs 94.30, largely unchanged from the previous week. Despite periodic bouts of strength, the currency struggled to establish a clear directional trend as the USD/INR pair approached a key long-term technical support zone.

From a technical perspective, the Rs 94.50-Rs 94.70 region remains an important near-term resistance area for the rupee. A sustained move beyond this zone in USD/INR could increase depreciation pressure and push the pair towards the Rs 94.90-Rs 95.20 range. On the other hand, a break below the RS 94.00-Rs 94.20 support zone could strengthen the rupee further, paving the way for appreciation towards the Rs 93.60-Rs 93.80 region.

FAQ’s

1. What is the overall outlook for gold and silver this week?
The overall outlook remains cautious as both gold and silver continue to trade under corrective pressure. While prices have rebounded from recent lows, analysts believe a sustained recovery will only be confirmed if both metals break above their key technical resistance levels.

2. What are the important support and resistance levels for COMEX Gold?
COMEX Gold is holding above 4,000 US dollars support. Immediate resistance lies between 4,200–4,240 US dollars, followed by 4,360–4,400 US dollars. A break above these levels could improve market sentiment, while a fall below 4,000 US dollars may extend losses toward 3,930–3,900 US dollars and potentially 3,800 US dollars.

3. What technical levels should MCX Gold and MCX Silver traders watch?
MCX Gold faces immediate resistance at 1,46,000–1,47,000 Indian rupees, while key support is at 1,40,000–1,39,000 Indian rupees. MCX Silver has resistance at 2,30,000–2,32,000 Indian rupees, with immediate support around 2,10,000 Indian rupees. These levels will be crucial in determining the next market move.

4. Which factors could influence gold and silver prices during the week?
Precious metal prices are expected to be driven by U.S. economic data releases, Federal Reserve policy expectations, technical price movements, geopolitical developments, crude oil prices, and fluctuations in the U.S. dollar and the Indian rupee.

5. What is the outlook for the Indian rupee against the U.S. dollar?
USD/INR remains range-bound after a volatile week. The 94.50–94.70 Indian rupees zone is the key resistance area, while 94.00–94.20 Indian rupees serves as important support. A breakout on either side could determine the rupee’s next short-term direction.

Gold Silver Weekly Forecast: Precious metals markets are attempting to regain stability after a period of intense volatility and sharp corrective moves. Gold and silver prices have rebounded from key support levels, but the broader trend remains fragile as investors continue to assess the impact of global economic uncertainty, central bank policy expectations, geopolitical tensions and currency market fluctuations. While selective buying has emerged at lower levels, technical indicators suggest that both metals need to reclaim important resistance zones before a stronger recovery can be confirmed.

Check the latest rates for gold and silver—including MCX, international market, and bullion prices, as well as rates in your city—on our new website: https://goldpricetodaynews.com/

Enrich Money Gold Silver Outlook

COMEX Gold: COMEX gold witnessed a sharp breakdown below the 4,350 dollar level before finding support in the 4,050–4,000 dollar zone. Prices have since recovered and are currently holding above 4,200 dollar, though the weekly structure continues to reflect a weak undertone.

On the upside, a sustained move above 4,350 dollar is required to improve sentiment and trigger a recovery toward the 4,450–4,500 dollar zone. On the downside, the 4,050–4,000 dollar region remains a key support area; a break below this could accelerate corrective pressure toward 3,900 dollar and lower levels. Overall, the broader trend remains weak, while momentum continues to remain fragile following the recent breakdown.

COMEX Silver: COMEX silver witnessed heavy selling pressure and declined sharply before finding support in the 64–62 dollar zone. Prices have since staged a modest recovery and are currently holding above 68 dollar, although the broader structure remains under pressure.

On the upside, immediate resistance is placed near 69–70 dollar, while a sustained move above 72–73 dollar is required to stabilize sentiment and trigger a stronger recovery toward the 75–76 dollar region. On the downside, the 64–62 dollar zone remains crucial support. A decisive break below this region could drag prices toward 60 dollar and lower levels. Overall, the broader trend remains weak despite the recent rebound.

MCX Gold: MCX gold futures witnessed a sharp breakdown below the 1,54,000 rupees level but attracted buying interest near the 1,47,000–1,46,000 rupees demand zone. Prices have since recovered and are currently holding above the important psychological level of 1,50,000 rupees.

On the upside, a sustained move above 1,55,000 rupees could extend the recovery toward the 1,58,000–1,60,000 rupees zone. On the downside, the 1,46,000–1,44,000 rupees region remains a key support area; a break below this could intensify corrective pressure toward 1,40,000 rupees and lower levels. Overall, the broader trend remains weak, although prices are attempting to establish a near-term base.

MCX Silver: MCX silver futures remained under pressure but witnessed buying interest near the 2,32,000–2,30,000 rupees support zone, leading to a recovery toward 2,46,000 rupees. Weekly price action suggests an attempt to stabilise after the recent decline, though the broader structure remains corrective.

On the upside, immediate resistance is seen near 2,49,000–2,51,000 rupees, while a sustained move above 2,60,000 rupees would be required to improve sentiment and trigger a stronger recovery toward higher levels. On the downside, the 2,32,000–2,30,000 rupees zone remains crucial support. A break below this region could extend weakness toward 2,20,000 rupees and lower levels. Overall, the broader trend remains corrective despite the recent rebound.

USD/INR traded in a volatile 94.90–95.75 rupees range before settling near 95.10 rupees. The pair closed near the lower end of its ascending trendline channel, indicating modest strength in the rupee during the week.

On the upside, immediate resistance is placed at 95.30–95.40 rupees. A sustained move above this zone could push the pair toward 95.60–95.80 rupees. On the downside, the 94.75–94.65 rupees area remains a key support zone; a break below this could drag prices toward 94.40 rupees, with stronger support near 94.20 rupees. Overall, the near-term bias remains cautious amid geopolitical uncertainty and fluctuating dollar demand.

SMC Global Gold Silver Outlook

Gold: According to SMC Global, ETF flows remained weak during the week, with holdings in SPDR Gold Trust, the world’s largest gold-backed ETF, declining by 0.3% to 923.89 tonnes, indicating softer investor demand. Technically, COMEX Gold is taking support near the 4,000 dollar level, while immediate resistance is seen around 4,380 dollar. A decisive break below 4,000 dollar could drag prices toward 3,600 dollar, whereas a sustained move above 4,380 dollar may trigger a recovery toward the 4,600 dollar zone.

Silver: According to SMC Global, COMEX Silver is expected to remain range-bound in the 58–72 dollar zone amid ongoing volatility in precious metals markets. On the domestic front, MCX Gold is likely to trade within the 1,42,000–1,52,000 rupees range during the coming week, while MCX Silver may fluctuate between 2,26,000–2,49,000 rupees. Market participants are expected to closely monitor global economic developments, central bank signals and investor sentiment for further direction.

FAQ’s

1. Why are gold and silver prices trying to stabilize this week?
Gold and silver have rebounded from important support levels after experiencing significant selling pressure. Bargain buying at lower prices has helped the recovery, although broader market sentiment remains cautious due to economic and geopolitical uncertainties.

2. What are the key technical levels for COMEX Gold during June 15–19, 2026?
COMEX Gold is holding above the 4,200 dollar level after finding support near 4,000 dollar. A move above 4,350 dollar could trigger a recovery toward 4,450–4,500 dollar, while a break below 4,000 dollar may increase downside pressure toward 3,900 dollar or lower.

3. What outlook do analysts have for COMEX Silver this week?
COMEX Silver remains under pressure despite recovering from the 64–62 dollar support zone. Resistance is seen around 69–70 dollar, while a sustained move above 72–73 dollar would be needed to improve sentiment and support a stronger recovery.

4. How are MCX Gold and MCX Silver expected to perform?
MCX Gold has recovered above Rs 1,50,000 after attracting buying near Rs 1,46,000–Rs 1,47,000. Meanwhile, MCX Silver has rebounded from the Rs 2,30,000 support area, but both metals need to break key resistance levels to confirm a stronger upward trend.

5. What factors could influence precious metals prices in the coming days?
Key drivers include central bank policy decisions, global economic data, ETF investment flows, USD/INR movements, geopolitical developments, bond yields, and overall investor sentiment. These factors are likely to determine whether gold and silver extend their recovery or face renewed selling pressure.

Gold Silver Weekly Forecast: Gold and silver markets remain under pressure as renewed selling activity, profit booking, and shifting global risk sentiment continue to weigh on prices across both international and domestic exchanges. Recent failures to sustain above key resistance zones have weakened near-term momentum, pushing precious metals into a corrective phase. While safe-haven demand and ongoing geopolitical uncertainties may provide support at lower levels, the broader market tone remains cautious as traders closely monitor critical support and resistance levels. The focus now shifts to whether gold and silver can stabilize above major support zones or face further downside pressure in the sessions ahead.

Enrich Money Gold Silver Outlook

COMEX Gold: COMEX Gold is trading near the 4,350 dollar support zone, witnessing renewed selling pressure after failing to sustain above the 4,500–4,550 dollar region. Weekly price action reflects a weak undertone, with momentum deteriorating as prices continue to trade below key supply zones and the recent breakdown reinforcing bearish sentiment.

Immediate resistance is placed around 4,460–4,500 dollar, where previous support has now turned into a significant resistance zone. This is followed by a stronger supply barrier near 4,560–4,600 dollar.

On the downside, 4,350 dollar remains a crucial support level. A decisive break below this zone could accelerate corrective pressure toward 4,250 dollar, with the possibility of an extended decline toward the 4,100 dollar region, reinforcing the prevailing bearish structure. Overall, the broader structure has turned weaker following the breakdown from the recent consolidation range, while near-term momentum remains firmly under pressure. The technical setup continues to favour a cautious stance unless prices reclaim key resistance zones and establish sustained buying strength.

COMEX Silver: COMEX Silver is trading near the 68 support zone dollar after failing to sustain above the 75–76 dollar resistance region, triggering fresh selling pressure and a decisive breakdown from its recent consolidation range. Weekly price action reflects a weak undertone, with momentum deteriorating sharply as prices slip below key support levels, signalling a shift in the broader market structure toward a bearish bias.

Immediate resistance is placed at 72–73 dollar, followed by a stronger hurdle near 75–76 dollar. A sustained recovery above these levels would be required to stabilise sentiment and improve momentum.

On the downside, 68–67 dollar remains a key support zone, with a break below this region potentially extending weakness toward the 64 dollar level. Overall, the broader structure has weakened considerably following the breakdown below key support levels, while near-term momentum remains firmly under bearish control. The technical setup continues to favour caution, with recovery prospects likely to improve only if prices reclaim and sustain above critical resistance zones.

MCX Gold: MCX Gold witnessed significant volatility this week, rallying sharply toward the Rs 1,61,000 zone before encountering profit booking at higher levels. Prices have since retreated toward the Rs 1,55,000–Rs 1,56,000 region, indicating some cooling off after the recent surge.

On the upside, a sustained move above Rs 1,58,000–Rs 1,58,500 could revive bullish momentum and open the door for a move toward the Rs 1,60,000–Rs 1,61,000 zone.

On the downside, a decisive break below Rs 1,55,000 could trigger further corrective pressure toward Rs 1,53,500 and further toward Rs 1,52,000.

Overall, the broader trend retains a cautious undertone amid evolving global risk sentiment, US Dollar movements, and geopolitical developments. However, prices need to reclaim and sustain above key resistance levels to strengthen the bullish structure and improve momentum further.

MCX Silver: MCX Silver is trading near the Rs 2,48,000 support level after failing to sustain above the Rs 2,68,000–Rs 2,70,000 resistance zone. The inability to hold above the key Rs 2,60,000 support level has weakened the near-term structure and shifted sentiment toward a more cautious stance.

On the upside, immediate resistance is placed at Rs 2,58,000–Rs 2,62,000. A sustained move above this zone could help stabilize prices and trigger a recovery toward the Rs 2,70,000–Rs 2,74,000 range.

On the downside, a break below Rs 2,47,500 could accelerate corrective pressure toward the Rs 2,43,000–Rs 2,40,000 zone, with the potential for further weakness toward Rs 2,33,000–Rs 2,30,000 if selling pressure intensifies.

Overall, the broader trend reflects a cautious to negative undertone, as prices have broken below key support levels established earlier in the week. While safe-haven demand and industrial metal fundamentals may provide support at lower levels, momentum remains weak. A sustained recovery above the Rs 2,60,000–Rs 2,62,000 resistance zone is required to improve sentiment and stabilize the structure, while geopolitical developments and global risk appetite are likely to remain the key drivers of price action.

FAQ’s

1. Why are gold and silver prices facing pressure this week?
Gold and silver prices are experiencing renewed selling pressure due to profit booking at higher levels, a stronger US dollar, changing global risk sentiment, and uncertainty surrounding geopolitical developments. These factors have weakened short-term momentum and pushed precious metals into a corrective phase.

2. What are the key levels to watch for COMEX Gold?
COMEX Gold is currently trading near the crucial 4,350 US dollar support zone. If prices break below this level, the market could see a decline toward 4,250 US dollars and potentially 4,100 US dollars. On the upside, resistance is located between 4,460 and 4,500 US dollars, followed by a stronger barrier near 4,560–4,600 US dollars.

3. What is the outlook for MCX Gold in the near term?
MCX Gold remains volatile after retreating from the 1,61,000 rupees zone. A sustained move above 1,58,000–1,58,500 rupees could revive bullish momentum and target 1,60,000–1,61,000 rupees. However, a break below 1,55,000 rupees may trigger further weakness toward 1,53,500 rupees and 1,52,000 rupees.

4. What support and resistance levels are important for silver traders?
For COMEX Silver, immediate support is seen at 68–67 US dollars, while resistance is located at 72–73 US dollars and 75–76 US dollars. In the domestic market, MCX Silver has support near 2,48,000 rupees and resistance around 2,58,000–2,62,000 rupees. These levels will likely determine the next major price move.

5. What factors could influence gold and silver prices in the coming days?
Market participants will closely monitor US dollar movements, inflation expectations, central bank policies, global economic data, and geopolitical developments. Safe-haven demand could support prices during periods of uncertainty, while improving risk appetite and stronger currencies may continue to weigh on precious metals in the short term.

Gold Silver Weekly Forecast: Gold and silver markets are currently navigating a phase of heightened volatility, as prices struggle to sustain higher levels amid renewed selling pressure and sharp profit booking at elevated levels. The central theme dominating the precious metals space is one of near-term consolidation with a cautious undertone, with both international and domestic markets attempting to stabilize above crucial support zones following recent rejections from their multi-month highs. While the broader, long-term price structure remains fundamentally constructive, near-term momentum appears subdued with key resistance levels capping upside moves.

Enrich Money Gold Silver Outlook

COMEX Gold: COMEX gold is trading near the 4,500–4,550 dollar range, after witnessing renewed selling pressure, with prices currently trading below the short-term moving averages. The 4,500–4,450 dollar zone remains a key support area; a breakdown below this could drag prices toward 4,350–4,300 dollar.

On the upside, immediate resistance is seen at 4,640–4,680 dollar, followed by 4,750–4,800 dollar. A sustained move above these levels is required to improve momentum toward the 4,900–5,000 dollar zone. Overall, the broader trend remains cautious, while the near-term structure continues to reflect corrective weakness.

COMEX Silver: COMEX Silver is trading near the 77–78 dollar zone after witnessing sharp profit booking from recent highs near the 90 dollar region. The 75 dollar level is acting as immediate support, and a decisive break below this region could extend the correction toward 73 dollar, followed by the 71–69 dollar zone.

On the upside, immediate resistance is placed around the 80–82 dollar zone, followed by a stronger hurdle near 87–90 dollar. Overall, the broader trend remains cautious, while the near-term structure continues to reflect corrective weakness following the recent sharp rally.

MCX Gold: MCX gold futures are trading near the 1,58,000–1,59,000 rupees zone after witnessing renewed selling pressure from higher levels. Immediate support is placed at 1,55,000–1,54,000 rupees; a break below it may extend the correction toward 1,52,000–1,50,000 rupees.

On the upside, immediate resistance is seen near 1,60,000–1,61,000 rupees, followed by 1,63,000–1,64,000 rupees. A sustained move above these levels could strengthen bullish momentum toward fresh highs. Overall, the broader trend remains constructive, while the near-term structure reflects a consolidation phase with a cautious undertone.

MCX Silver: MCX silver futures are trading near the 2,70,000–2,72,000 rupees zone after witnessing sharp profit booking from recent highs near 3,05,000 rupees. The 2,65,000–2,60,000 rupees acts as immediate support, with stronger support placed near 2,50,000 rupees.

On the upside, immediate resistance is seen near 2,80,000–2,84,000 rupees, followed by 2,90,000–2,95,000 rupees. A sustained breakout above these levels could push prices toward the 3,00,000–3,05,000 rupees region. Overall, the broader trend remains constructive, though near-term momentum continues to reflect corrective weakness.

JM Financial Gold Silver Outlook

Gold: According to JM Financial, gold prices rallied sharply mid-week following the custom duty hikes, but overall prices moved in a consolidating range with a sharp fall on Friday. The broader outlook looks sideways; as long as momentum holds, immediate support is placed at Rs 1,53,500 and Rs 1,48,700, while on the upside, major resistance holds at Rs 1,64,500.

Silver: According to JM Financial, silver futures continued their positive momentum despite paring most of their gains in a sharp sell-off during the last couple of trading sessions. The momentum remains positive as long as prices stay above the trailing supports of Rs 2,60,500 and Rs 2,41,000. While Target 1 at Rs 2,97,500 has been achieved (high so far Rs 3,04,891), investors can hold at corrective dips for next short-term targets of Rs 2,97,500 and Rs 3,40,000.

FAQ’s

1. What is the overall outlook for gold and silver markets during May 18–24, 2026?
The overall outlook for gold and silver remains cautiously positive but highly volatile. Analysts believe both precious metals are currently undergoing a consolidation phase after recent sharp rallies and profit booking at higher levels. While the long-term structure remains constructive, near-term momentum is subdued unless prices manage to break above key resistance zones.

2. What are the important support and resistance levels for COMEX Gold this week?
COMEX Gold is trading near the 4,500–4,550 dollar range, with immediate support placed around 4,500–4,450 dollars. A breakdown below this zone may trigger further weakness toward 4,350–4,300 dollars. On the upside, resistance is seen near 4,640–4,680 dollars, followed by 4,750–4,800 dollars. A sustained breakout above these levels could revive bullish momentum.

3. Why are silver prices witnessing sharp volatility and profit booking?
Silver prices have experienced sharp volatility due to aggressive profit booking after a strong rally toward recent highs. COMEX Silver corrected from near the 90 dollar level, while MCX Silver also declined from record highs near Rs 3,05,000. Analysts believe traders are locking in profits amid uncertain global cues, though the broader trend remains positive above major support zones.

4. What are the key levels investors should monitor in MCX Gold and MCX Silver futures?
For MCX Gold, immediate support is placed near Rs 1,55,000–1,54,000, while resistance is seen around Rs 1,60,000–1,64,000. In MCX Silver, support is placed near Rs 2,65,000–2,60,000, with stronger support at Rs 2,50,000. Resistance for silver is expected near Rs 2,80,000–2,95,000, which will be crucial for determining the next directional move.

5. What investment strategy has JM Financial recommended for gold and silver traders?
According to JM Financial, gold prices are expected to remain range-bound with a sideways bias unless stronger momentum emerges above key resistance levels. For silver, the brokerage remains relatively optimistic and suggests investors may consider holding positions during corrective dips as long as prices stay above critical support levels. JM Financial has projected higher medium-term targets for silver, including Rs 3,40,000.

Gold Silver Weekly Forecast: Precious metals markets are witnessing heightened volatility as investors closely track movements in the dollar index, crude oil prices, and global economic developments. Gold and silver have shown signs of recovery after recent fluctuations, supported by safe-haven buying and uncertainty surrounding global growth and geopolitical tensions. While short-term profit booking continues at higher levels, the overall trend in both international and domestic bullion markets remains cautiously positive, with traders now focusing on key technical support and resistance zones for further direction.

Enrich Money Gold Silver Outlook

COMEX Gold: COMEX gold is trading near the 4,720 dollar–4,740 dollar zone, witnessing a strong recovery from recent lows. This gradual higher-low structure indicates renewed buying interest and improving near-term momentum. Technical immediate support is seen near 4,680 dollar–4,650 dollar, while stronger support remains positioned around 4,560 dollar–4,520 dollar.

On the upside, immediate resistance is placed at 4,800 dollar–4,840 dollar, followed by a stronger supply zone near 4,900 dollar–4,920 dollar. A sustained breakout above these levels could open the path toward the psychological 5,000 dollar mark. Overall, the broader trend remains cautiously positive.

COMEX Silver: COMEX silver is currently trading near the 80 dollar–81 dollar zone, consolidating after a strong rally witnessed earlier in the week. The 80 dollar–79 dollar zone serves as immediate support, while a break below this region could trigger weakness toward the 78 dollar–77 dollar zone.

On the upside, the 81 dollar–82 dollar zone acts as immediate resistance. A sustained breakout above this range could revive bullish momentum toward the 83 dollar–85 dollar levels. Overall, the broader trend remains constructive with a cautiously positive undertone.

MCX Gold: MCX gold futures are trading near the Rs 1,52,000–Rs 1,53,000 zone, showing signs of stabilization after recovering from recent lows. Immediate support is seen near Rs 1,50,000–₹1,48,000, while stronger support remains positioned around Rs 1,45,000–Rs 1,43,000. A decisive break below this could trigger further corrective pressure.

On the upside, immediate resistance is placed at Rs 1,54,000–Rs 1,55,500, followed by a stronger hurdle near Rs 1,58,000–₹1,60,000. A sustained breakout above the Rs 1,55,500 resistance zone is needed to extend the recovery toward higher levels. The broader trend remains cautiously positive.

MCX Silver: MCX silver futures continue to trade with a firm undertone, currently hovering near the Rs 2,62,000 zone after a strong rally. The Rs 2,60,000–Rs 2,58,000 zone now serves as immediate support, while a break below this band could trigger profit booking toward the Rs 2,55,000 region.

FAQ’s

1. Why are gold and silver prices witnessing high volatility this week?
Precious metals are experiencing strong price swings due to volatility in the dollar index, crude oil prices, and global economic uncertainty. Ongoing geopolitical tensions and concerns about global growth have increased safe-haven buying, while profit booking at higher levels continues to create short-term fluctuations in gold and silver prices.

2. What are the important support and resistance levels for COMEX gold?
COMEX gold is trading near the 4,720–4,740 dollar zone. Immediate support is placed around 4,680–4,650 dollars, while stronger support is seen near 4,560–4,520 dollars. On the upside, resistance lies at 4,800–4,840 dollars, followed by a major hurdle near the 4,900–4,920 dollar zone.

3. Can COMEX gold move toward the 5,000 dollar mark?
According to market analysts, a sustained breakout above the 4,900–4,920 dollar resistance zone could strengthen bullish momentum and open the path toward the psychological 5,000 dollar level. However, traders are expected to remain cautious due to ongoing volatility in global financial markets.

4. What is the outlook for MCX gold and silver futures?
MCX gold futures are stabilizing near the Rs 1,52,000–Rs 1,53,000 range after recovering from recent lows. Meanwhile, MCX silver futures continue to maintain a firm undertone near Rs 2,62,000 following a strong rally. Analysts believe the broader trend remains cautiously positive for both metals.

5. What levels should traders watch in COMEX and MCX silver?
COMEX silver has immediate support near the 80–79 dollar zone and resistance around 81–82 dollars. A breakout above resistance could push prices toward 83–85 dollars. In MCX silver, the Rs 2,60,000–Rs 2,58,000 region is acting as immediate support, while weakness below this level may trigger profit booking.

Gold Silver Weekly Forecast: Gold and Silver markets are currently navigating a phase of consolidation with a cautious undertone, as prices struggle to sustain higher levels amid mixed global cues. While the broader trend remains constructive, near-term momentum appears subdued with key resistance levels capping upside moves. Analysts suggest that precious metals are at a crucial juncture, where a decisive breakout could revive bullish momentum, whereas failure to hold support levels may trigger further downside pressure in the coming sessions.

Enrich Money Gold Silver Outlook

COMEX Gold: COMEX gold is trading near the 4,620–4,650 dollar range, showing mild consolidation with a slight negative bias after failing to sustain higher levels. The 4,580–4,520 dollar zone remains a key support; a breakdown below this could push prices toward 4,400–4,360 dollar.

On the upside, immediate resistance is seen at 4,700–4,760 dollar, followed by a stronger hurdle at 4,850–4,920 dollar. A sustained breakout above these levels is required to revive bullish momentum. Overall, the broader trend remains constructive with a cautious near-term bias.

COMEX Silver: COMEX silver is trading above the 76 dollar mark, indicating mild pressure with lower highs forming in the near term. The 72–70 dollar zone is acting as key support; a break below this could extend declines toward 68–65 dollar.

On the upside, resistance is placed at 78–80 dollar, followed by 82–85 dollar. A sustained breakout above these levels is needed to regain strength. Overall, the trend remains constructive but with a cautious near-term outlook.

MCX Gold: MCX gold futures are trading near 1,51,000–1,52,000 rupees, indicating consolidation with moderating near-term momentum. Immediate support is placed at 1,48,000–1,47,000 rupees; a break below could drag prices toward 1,45,000–1,43,000 rupees and further to 1,40,000–1,38,000 rupees.

On the upside, resistance is seen at 1,54,000–1,55,600 rupees, followed by 1,57,300–1,58,400 rupees. A sustained move above these levels is needed to revive bullish momentum. The overall trend remains cautious, with buying interest likely on dips.

MCX Silver: MCX silver is currently hovering above 2,50,000 rupees after a pullback, indicating a constructive yet cautious trend. The 2,45,000–2,42,000 rupees zone is acting as crucial support; a breakdown could push prices toward 2,35,000–2,32,000 rupees.

On the upside, resistance is placed at 2,60,000–2,62,000 rupees. A sustained breakout above this range could lead to gains toward 2,70,000 rupees and higher. Overall, the trend remains neutral to slightly cautious unless resistance is decisively crossed.

Surendra Mehta Gold Silver Outlook

According to Surendra Mehta’s Gold and Silver Forecast, easing geopolitical tensions and the possibility of a ceasefire could pave the way for stability in global markets in the near term. For the week of May 04 to May 08, 2026, gold prices are expected to trade in the range of 4,540 dollar–4,735 dollar in the international market and Rs 1,48,900–Rs 1,55,300 in the domestic market. Meanwhile, silver is projected to move between 71.68 dollar–78.89 dollar globally and Rs 2,38,650–Rs 2,62,650 in India.

JM Financial Gold Silver Outlook

Gold: According to JM Financial, gold prices are currently showing a corrective momentum and are likely to remain under pressure as long as they stay below the key resistance level of Rs 1,57,600. The outlook suggests maintaining a “sell on rise” strategy, with downside targets placed at Rs 1,40,000 and Rs 1,28,000, while keeping a stop loss above Rs 1,57,600.

Silver: Silver, prices are struggling to sustain during corrections, with Rs 2,63,000 acting as a crucial resistance level for any reversal. A decisive breakout above this level could trigger a strong upward move towards Rs 2,97,000 and even Rs 3,50,000 levels. However, as long as prices remain below Rs 2,63,000, selling pressure is expected to persist, potentially dragging silver down to Rs 2,15,000 and Rs 1,80,000 levels.

FAQ’s

1. What is the current trend in gold and silver markets?
Gold and silver are currently trading in a consolidation phase with a cautious near-term outlook. While the broader trend remains constructive, prices are facing resistance at higher levels, limiting upward movement and keeping volatility in check.

2. What are the key levels to watch for gold?
For COMEX gold, resistance lies around 4,700 dollar–4,760 dollar and higher at 4,850 dollar–4,920 dollar, while support is placed near 4,580 dollar–4,520 dollar. On MCX, resistance is seen at Rs 1,54,000–Rs 1,55,600, with support around Rs 1,48,000–Rs 1,47,000.

3. What is the outlook for silver prices?
Silver remains under mild pressure with lower highs forming. COMEX silver support is at 72 dollar–70 dollar, while resistance stands at 78 dollar–80 dollar. On MCX, support is around Rs 2,45,000–Rs 2,42,000 and resistance at Rs 2,60,000–Rs 2,62,000.

4. What do analysts say about gold price direction?
Analysts suggest gold is at a crucial point. A breakout above resistance could revive bullish momentum, while failure to hold support may lead to further downside. Some experts recommend a cautious “sell on rise” strategy in the near term.

5. What factors could influence gold and silver this week?
Key drivers include global economic data, US macro indicators, dollar movement, and geopolitical developments. Any easing in tensions or strong economic data could significantly impact price direction and volatility in precious metals.

Gold and silver are trading near key technical levels amid consolidation in global and domestic markets. India faces a severe gold import disruption due to regulatory issues and halted licenses, raising supply concerns. Meanwhile, central bank stability and mixed price action suggest cautious trading with potential for breakout or correction.

Gold and Silver Weekly Forecast: Gold and silver markets are currently navigating a crucial phase where prices are hovering near important technical levels in both international and domestic markets. The overall sentiment reflects cautious stability as traders and investors closely monitor key support and resistance zones. Market experts suggest that this consolidation phase could set the stage for the next major move, with sustained strength likely if support levels hold, while a breakdown below key zones may lead to short-term corrective pressure.

Problem in Gold Import

The gold supply chain in India is currently facing a severe crisis due to a combination of regulatory and logistical hurdles. Since April 1, 2026, all gold imports by banks have come to a complete standstill following unresolved IGST (Integrated Goods and Services Tax) issues, effectively resulting in zero bank-led imports for the month. Adding to the strain, the DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) has stalled the renewal of gold dore import licenses for the past 90 days. With only one company managed to secure a renewal, the majority of the nation’s gold refineries are on the brink of shutting down operations, which will soon cut off the domestic supply of refined gold.

While the IIBX (India International Bullion Exchange) remains the only active channel for imports by qualified jewelers, it has failed to fill the massive supply gap, with less than two tons of gold imported through the exchange in recent days. This triple blow from banks, refiners, and limited exchange volumes points toward an imminent and significant gold shortage in the market.

Swiss Bank will not increase its Gold Reserves

The Swiss National Bank has no plans to alter its gold reserves, according to Chairman Martin Schlegel, who spoke at the central bank’s shareholders’ meeting on Friday. Addressing the event in Bern, he said the SNB currently holds 1,040 tonnes of gold, with about 70% stored within Switzerland and the remaining 30% kept in foreign vaults.

Enrich Money Gold Silver Outlook

COMEX Gold: COMEX gold is trading near the 4,720–4,750 dollar range, showing mild consolidation with a slight negative bias after failing to hold higher levels. The 4,650–4,620 dollar zone remains an important support; a breakdown below this could push prices toward 4,550–4,500 dollar.

On the upside, immediate resistance is seen at 4,780–4,820 dollar, followed by a stronger hurdle at 4,880–4,920 dollar. A sustained breakout above these levels is required to revive bullish momentum. Overall, the broader trend remains constructive with a cautious near-term bias.

COMEX Silver: COMEX silver is trading near the 75–76 dollar range, indicating consolidation with weakening momentum after recent highs. The 73–70 dollar zone is acting as key support; a break below this could extend declines toward 68–65 dollar.

On the upside, resistance is placed at 77–80 dollar, followed by 82–85 dollar. A sustained breakout above these levels is needed to regain strength. Overall, the trend remains constructive but with a cautious near-term outlook.

MCX Gold: MCX gold futures are trading near 1,52,000–1,53,200 rupees, indicating consolidation after a recent recovery. Immediate support is placed at 1,50,300–1,50,000 rupees; a break below could drag prices toward 1,48,000–1,45,000 rupees and further to 1,40,000–1,38,000 rupees.

On the upside, resistance is seen at 1,55,500–1,57,000 rupees, followed by 1,58,000–1,60,000 rupees. A sustained move above these levels is needed to revive bullish momentum. The overall trend remains constructive, with buying interest likely on dips.

MCX Silver: MCX silver is hovering around 2,44,000–2,45,000 rupees, reflecting a weak-to-consolidation trend after a pullback. The 2,40,000–2,38,000 rupees zone is acting as crucial support; a breakdown could push prices toward 2,32,000–2,30,000 rupees.

On the upside, resistance is placed at 2,48,000–2,50,000 rupees. A sustained breakout above this range could lead to gains toward 2,55,000 rupees and higher. Overall, the trend remains neutral to slightly bearish unless resistance is decisively crossed.

JM Financial Gold Silver Outlook

Gold Forecast: Gold faces key resistance at Rs 1,57,600. Price momentum remains corrective below this level, indicating weakness on rallies. On the downside, support is placed at Rs 1,40,000 and Rs 1,28,000. A breakdown below support could accelerate further downside pressure, while recovery would require a sustained move above resistance.

Silver Forecast: Silver has major resistance at Rs 2,63,000. A breakout above this level could open the path toward Rs 2,97,000 and Rs 3,50,000. However, failure to cross this resistance may lead to a reversal, with prices potentially declining toward Rs 2,40,000 and Rs 2,10,000.

FAQ’s

1. What is the current trend in gold and silver prices?
Gold and silver are currently in a consolidation phase, trading near important support and resistance levels in both international and domestic markets. Prices are showing stability but lack a clear directional breakout.

2. Why is India facing a gold supply problem?
India’s gold supply is disrupted due to halted bank imports after unresolved IGST issues, delays in license renewals by DGFT, and limited output from the IIBX exchange, creating a potential shortage in the market.

3. How serious is the gold import issue in India?
The situation is considered severe, as bank imports have completely stopped and refiners are struggling due to licensing delays, putting significant pressure on domestic gold availability.

4. What is the role of the Swiss National Bank in this context?
Swiss National Bank has confirmed it will not change its gold reserves, maintaining 1,040 tonnes of gold, with most stored in Switzerland, signaling stability in global gold holdings.

5. What is the outlook for gold and silver prices?
Experts suggest that consolidation may continue in the short term. A breakout above resistance could trigger upward movement, while a breakdown below support may lead to temporary corrective pressure in both metals.

Gold and silver prices remain stable near key support and resistance levels amid global uncertainty. Rising Iran-US tensions after a vessel seizure and stalled talks have added to market volatility.

Gold Silver Weekly Forecast: Gold and silver prices in both international and domestic markets are currently trading near crucial levels, showing signs of stability. Investors are closely watching key support and resistance zones. According to market experts, the current phase reflects consolidation, with the possibility of continued upside if key levels hold, while a breakdown may trigger limited downside.

US Seizes Iranian Vessel, Tensions Rise

The United States military has reportedly intercepted an Iranian vessel attempting to breach a naval blockade, escalating tensions in the region.

Iran has strongly condemned the move, calling it “armed piracy” and warning of retaliation. The development has raised concerns over the fragile ceasefire. According to Iran’s state media outlet IRNA, Tehran has rejected further negotiations, citing continued US blockade actions.

Iran Refuses Second Round of Talks

Iran has declined to participate in the second round of negotiations, casting uncertainty over ongoing peace efforts. This comes just ahead of the ceasefire deadline on Tuesday, putting proposed talks in Pakistan at risk.

A US delegation was scheduled to arrive in Pakistan, but Iran’s firm stance has heightened tensions. The key question now is whether the US will take further military action or if diplomatic talks can still resume. Meanwhile, Pakistan is preparing for mediation, with heightened security in Islamabad.

Enrich Money Gold Silver Outlook

COMEX Gold: COMEX gold is trading in the 4,850–4,900 dollar range, showing gradual recovery and stabilization. On the weekly chart, the 4,750–4,700 dollar zone remains a strong support base. A breakdown below this level could push prices toward 4,550–4,500 dollar.

On the upside, immediate resistance is seen at 4,900–4,950 dollar, followed by a strong hurdle at 5,000–5,050 dollar. A sustained breakout could drive prices higher toward 5,150–5,250 dollar. Overall, the trend remains positive, with buying interest likely on dips.

COMEX Silver: COMEX silver is trading near 81–82 dollar, indicating gradual recovery. The 77–75 dollar zone acts as strong support. A break below this could lead to declines toward 72–70 dollar and further to 68–65 dollar.

On the upside, resistance is seen at 82-85 dollar, followed by 88–90 dollar. A breakout above these levels could push prices toward 95–100 dollar. Momentum remains positive but requires confirmation above resistance.

MCX Gold: MCX gold futures are holding firm near Rs 1,54,000–Rs 1,55,000, maintaining a strong uptrend on higher timeframes. Key support lies at Rs 1,52,000–Rs 1,50,000. A break below this could lead to declines toward Rs 1,48,000–Rs 1,45,000 and further to Rs 1,40,000–Rs 1,38,000.

On the upside, a move above Rs 1,55,000 could extend the rally toward Rs 1,58,000–Rs 1,60,000 and further to Rs 1,62,000–Rs 1,65,000. The overall trend remains bullish, with buying likely on dips.

MCX Silver: MCX silver is trading in the Rs 2,55,000–Rs 2,60,000 range, showing stabilization after a recent correction. Strong support is seen at Rs 2,40,000–Rs 2,35,000. A breakdown could push prices toward Rs 2,25,000–Rs 2,20,000 and further to Rs 2,10,000–Rs 2,05,000.

On the upside, resistance is at Rs 2,60,000–Rs 2,65,000, followed by Rs 2,75,000–Rs 2,80,000. A breakout above these levels could drive prices toward Rs 3,00,000 and beyond.

JM Financial Gold Silver Outlook

Gold Forecast: Gold faces key resistance at Rs 1,57,600. A sustained move above this level could push prices toward Rs 1,70,000–Rs 1,80,000. On the downside, support is placed at Rs 1,51,000. A break below this could trigger a decline toward Rs 1,35,000–Rs 1,25,000.

Silver Forecast: Silver has major resistance at Rs 2,63,000. A breakout above this level could open the path toward Rs 2,97,000–Rs 3,50,000. However, failure to cross this level may result in a decline toward Rs 2,40,000–Rs 2,10,000.

FAQ’s

1. Why are gold and silver prices stable right now?
Prices are currently in a consolidation phase, where they trade within a narrow range as investors wait for clear signals. Stability is due to balanced buying and selling near key support and resistance levels.

2. How are Iran-US tensions affecting gold and silver?
Geopolitical tensions increase uncertainty, which typically boosts demand for safe-haven assets like gold and silver. This can support prices or even push them higher during periods of conflict.

3. What are the key levels to watch in gold?
For COMEX gold, support lies near 4,750–4,700 dollar, while resistance is around 4,900–5,050 dollar. On MCX, support is at Rs 1,52,000–Rs 1,50,000 and resistance near Rs 1,55,000 and above.

4. What could trigger a breakout in silver prices?
A sustained move above resistance levels—85 dollar–90 dollar in COMEX and Rs 2,63,000 in MCX—could trigger strong upward momentum, potentially leading to significant price gains.

5. Is there a risk of price decline in the near term?
Yes, if gold and silver fall below key support levels, it may lead to short-term declines. However, experts believe dips could attract buying interest, limiting deeper losses.
