Silver Show of India, Silver Show, Silver Show Mumbai: The Indian silver industry is poised for a defining moment as the Silver Show of India—the country’s largest dedicated silver exhibition—returns to Mumbai from June 6 to 9, 2025, at the Jio World Convention Centre. Organized jointly by IBJA and GES India Inc, this mega event will bring together over 300 exhibitors from across India, showcasing an expansive range of silver jewellery, artefacts, home décor, and gifting items under one roof.
Speaking exclusively to Gold Silver News, Srikant Urs, Head of GES India Inc, emphasized the transformative nature of the event:
“This show marks the beginning of a new era for the silver industry in India,” Urs said.
“In 2022, Nitesh Bhai from Purple floated a small idea—we never imagined it would evolve to this scale. So far, we’ve tapped only 25 to 30% of the market; the remaining 70 to 75% is still untouched.”
A Turning Point for the Silver Industry
Urs noted that silver has historically taken a back seat in exhibitions and retail display formats, but the Silver Show has helped change that perception:
“Today, everyone sees the possibilities and innovation in silver,” he added.
This year’s edition features 849 stalls and 333 participants, including major names like Purple, Mando, Silver Empire, Rikeza, Vardhman Silver, and LM Lifestyle, along with exhibitors from Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and other cities. A unique highlight this year is the fusion of silver with lab-grown diamonds—a trend gaining popularity amid volatile gold prices.

From anklets and sterling silver pieces to furniture, idols, utensils, and intricate designs in Polki, Kundan, and Jadau, the show promises a stunning showcase of silver craftsmanship and innovation.
“Silver has now become a major gifting metal,” said Urs. “Anyone not attending this show is missing out. If you’re in the silver business, this is the event to be at.”
More than 10,000 paid registrations have already been confirmed it may go upto 20000. Leading jewellery brands like GRT, Joy Alukkas, Tanishq, PC Chandra, and PNG are expected to attend, underlining the scale and significance of the event.
“There’s a growing nostalgia and excitement around silver,” Urs added. “I believe the next 15 years will belong to silver. With its expanding market and ongoing innovations, no other metal can match it.”
On silver prices, Urs observed:
“I’m not an expert, but here’s a simple comparison—1 kg of gold costs ₹1 crore, while silver is around ₹1 lakh per kg. That’s just 1% of gold’s price. Silver remains one of the most affordable and investable metals today.”
Surendra Mehta, National Secretary of the Indian Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), said:
“This is an exclusive show dedicated to silver—something of this scale has never been seen in India before. The Silver Show of India will be held from June 6 to 9 at the Jio Convention Centre, BKC. With over 850 stalls, the event will showcase more than two lakh designs, silver artifacts, and various types of silver jewellery and idols. Spanning across 1.5 lakh square feet, it promises to be a grand and exceptional show, and preparations are already complete. If you’re involved in the silver trade, this is a must-visit event. Also, if you’re an IBJA Platinum Member or a member of the World Silver Council, your entry pass will be free—no charge at all.”
Purple Jewels to Host the Largest Stall at the Show
Nitesh Jain, Managing Director of Purple Jewels, shared his enthusiasm about the event:
“This show is crucial not just for trade, but also for discovering new trends and expanding professional networks.”
Purple Jewels will unveil multiple new collections and designs, with the largest booth of the show—a massive 2,500 sq. ft. B2B pavilion. Jain highlighted their focus on affordable price points and smaller-size gifting items, especially timed around festive seasons like Ganesh Chaturthi, Navratri, and Diwali.
“We’ve also experimented with new verticals, introducing trending designs in silver jewellery,” Jain noted. “This is not just an exhibition—it’s the biggest trade platform for the silver industry.”
He encouraged aspiring and established silver entrepreneurs to attend:
“For anyone asking where to start in silver, my advice is—come to this show. It’s the best place to connect with India’s top manufacturers and traders.”

Sunbera’s New Collection and Special Launches
Vishal Shah of Sunbera called the Silver Show a massive platform for silver wholesalers, retailers, and manufacturers.
“We’re excited to be a part of this show. This year, Sunbera India is launching several new collections, including a special range of hollow silver idols,” he said.
With nearly 900 stalls and over 350 exhibitors, the Silver Show of India is set to become a milestone event. The entire Indian silver ecosystem—manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and designers—is converging in Mumbai for this grand showcase.
