IBJA, IBJA B2C Sheme: The Indian Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) launches its latest B2C Promotion Scheme, starting from 17th July 2023 across nation says Surendra Mehta, National Secretary of IBJA. This initiative aims to encourage retail customers to purchase Gold Jewellery, Gold Chains, Gold Bars, Silver Jewellery, and Silver Bars from registered GST holders according to Mehta. By doing so, not only will customers benefit themselves, but it will also contribute to the national interest and enhance transparency in business transactions. Eligibility and Prizes:
Customers across the nation participating in the scheme stand a chance to win attractive prizes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The lucky winners will be awarded 3 10-gram silver coins daily, 2 100-gram silver coins weekly, and an impressive 1-kilogram silver coin monthly.
Who Can Participate:
If you have recently purchased Gold Jewellery, Gold Chains, Gold Bars, Silver Jewellery, or Silver Bars and the net billing amounts to Rs 10,000/- or more. You are eligible to participate in this exciting promotion. You need to purchase this jewellery from the GST registered Jeweller.

How to Upload Jewellery Bills on IBJA B2C Website
To enter the daily, weekly, and monthly draws, you need to answer two simple questions on the IBJA B2C website: https://ibjab2c.com/. After answering the questions, proceed to mention your name and upload a copy of your jewellery bill. Additionally, provide the GST registration number of the jeweller from whom you made the purchase. It’s worth noting that you only need to enter your details once for all three draws.
Silver Buyers are Welcome Too:
Even if you’ve made a purchase solely for silver items, you can still participate in the IBJA B2C Promotion Scheme.
Exclusions:
Regrettably, purchases of Platinum, Precious Stones, Diamonds, or any other non-eligible items do not qualify for this promotion.
Claiming Your Prize:
Winners need not worry about their prizes. Once the lucky winners are announced, the prizes will be delivered directly to the provided address. Alternatively, winners can opt to receive their prizes at the jeweler’s address from where the purchase was made.
Not a Lottery, but a Promotion:
It’s essential to understand that this is not a lottery scheme. The promotion aims to reward customers for their purchases, and only a select number of winners will be announced daily, weekly, or monthly, based on the total number of registrations.
No Payment Required for Participation:
Participation in the IBJA B2C Promotion Scheme does not require any payment from the buyer or the jeweler/bullion dealer.
Eligibility Criteria:

Prize Intimation:
Winners will be notified about their prizes through WhatsApp or email, using the mobile number or email ID provided during registration.
Minimum Purchase Amount:

No Duplicate Invoice Submissions:
Submitting the same invoice multiple times to increase the probability of winning is not allowed. Doing so will render the participant ineligible for the prize.
Delivery Timeframe:
Prizes will be delivered within 1 month, subject to the availability of logistic services in the winner’s area.
Data Privacy:

Dispute Resolution:

Applicability of Scheme in Indian States:
Due to legal complexities and lack of clarity, the scheme does not apply in the state of Tamil Nadu. Customers from other states should participate in the scheme only if it is permitted in their region.
Prize Declaration Dates:
Daily prizes will be announced on the next day, such as bills dated 17th July 2023, and uploaded on the same day will have the prize declared on 18th July 2023 at 03:00 PM. Weekly prizes will be declared every Monday, like the first weekly prizes announced at 03:00 PM on 24th July 2023, covering bills from 17th July 2023 to 23rd July 2023 uploaded within the same week. Monthly prizes will be declared on the 1st day of the following month, for example, the first Monthly Prizes will be announced at 03:00 PM on 01st August 2023, covering bills from 17th July 2023 to 31st July 2023 uploaded within the same month. In case the prize draw date falls on a holiday, it will be declared on the next working day.
