The Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCXCCL) has issued a circular notifying Clearing Members about the acceptance of silver bars refined by an additional domestic refiner under the Exchange’s Good Delivery norms. The notification has been issued in accordance with the Rules, Bye-Laws and Regulations of MCXCCL.

The circular refers to Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) Circular No. MCX/PMT/415/2026 dated July 17, 2026, titled “Acceptance of Silver bars refined by Empanelled Domestic Refiner as per MCX Good Delivery Norms in all Silver futures contracts.”
According to the circular, the Exchange has added one domestic refiner for the acceptance of silver bars. MCXCCL clarified that this empanelment is both refinery-specific and product-specific.
Parker Precious Metals LLP Added to the Good Delivery List
The newly empanelled refinery is:
- Refinery Name: Parker Precious Metals LLP
- Address: 50/B Changodar Industrial Estate, Changodar Bavla Road, Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 382213
The refinery has been approved for the following Exchange Good Delivery products:
- Silver (30 kg) – SILVER
- Silver Mini (5 kg) – SILVERM
- Silver Micro (1 kg) – SILVERMIC
- Silver 100 (100 grams) – SILVER100
Eligible Silver Bars for Delivery
MCXCCL stated that silver bars produced by Parker Precious Metals LLP will be considered Exchange Good Delivery for fulfilling delivery obligations in the following futures contracts:
- Silver (30 kg)
- Silver Mini (5 kg)
- Silver Micro (1 kg)
- Silver 100 (100 grams)
Effective Date
The changes announced in the circular will become effective from July 27, 2026. Additionally, the updated Good Delivery list will apply only to silver bars carrying a production date of July 17, 2026, or later.
